All i have to say is i was nervous to place this order thinking they would not do it correctly and/or take forever and OMG it arrived less then a week after i placed my Custom Order and First i will say they wrapped it so darn good it took me forever to open it but that is a good thing because it was well protected and when i finally turned it on i was AMAZED!!!! This company is the real deal and super fast and Excellent Quality. i am posting a picture, its not hung up yet but looks great!!

I purchased the sign in pink, and also purchased the dimmer/remote as others suggested. It was a great suggestion. The sign is awesome and I have gotten lots of compliments on it! The packaging was great and the installation a breeze. I emailed Ben with some questions regarding a future purchase and he was super responsive. Really great product, really great customer service and I plan to purchase another sign in the near future!

We just purchased our first ever NEON custom sign for our window, which was the talk of the town for our Ice Cream Shop here in Stratford. Shortly after opening, there seemed to be a few glitches. With one email and a few photos/videos.....our sign was replaced and up and running again....not missing a beat. Special thanks to Yohann for the great customer service!! We are now looking at designing another sign for inside the shop.....something perhaps for our "instagram photo wall".

Got the dimmer/remote and it is an amazing addition to my neon sign in my music studio. Tons of settings and I can make my studio feel like a live stage. Highly recommend if you have a neon sign from MK Neon

The pictures give the sign no justice - it looks better in person. I would highly recommend getting the red/ gray display to go with it.

We are in LOVE with our sign! Our design was fairly complicated, and it came out better than I expected! Once ordered, it took less than 2 weeks to ship! It is super bright and a striking addition to our entrance! The price was also incredibly reasonable compared to other sites. Definitely would recommend!
