At MK Neon, we offer customized LED neons to professionals who want to optimize the visibility of their brand whether indoor or outdoor.
We offer a panel of options and settings to provide you with the neon sign that will meet your professional needs:
- You send us your logo or content for your custom neon sign + pantones for the colors, and we personalize your neon according to your brand identity.
- We discuss with you what can be made in LED and if some details or texts are too small, we validate a solution together.
- You define the size of your neon sign, from small to giant, according to the available space you need to illuminate... and your budget of course!
- You select the background cut of your neon (cut-to-shape, on a rectangle acrylic panel) and the color of your backing (transparent, black, white, silver or gold).
- We send you by default a wall kit for your customized neon, but you can ask for additional mounting options, such as 3M Command Strips, a ceiling kit to hang it, standoff screws, or even a stand (acrylic base).

Additionally, you can opt for the RGB feature, which allows your neon sign to change colors. RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is a great solution for professionals seeking flexibility and the ability to customize the neon’s color to suit different moods or settings.
Your custom LED neon can also be delivered with a dimmer and remote control, enabling you to adjust the light intensity. While not mandatory, this option is highly recommended as it allows you to tailor the brightness to your preference and mood.

What Should You Know About Neon Signs?
Our neon signs are made from LED neon tubes, which stay cool to the touch. This is a great advantage, especially if you want to place a decorative neon sign in a child’s room.
Moreover, LED neon tubes do not require the use of heavy metals like aluminum, which is commonly found in traditional glass neon signs.
Your LED neon sign is completely safe for indoor environments. LED neon is also energy-efficient, with a lifespan of around 50,000 hours.
Can my professional neon be placed outdoor?
Yes it can. We use a different type of LED for outdoor illuminated neon signs. The LED for indoor neons is called flex LED. Flex LED can't be used outdoor as we need to use a water resistant LED for outdoor signs. By the way, our outdoor neons are IP67 certified.
Is RGB suitable for outdoor neons?
We know that our response might disappoint you but it's a "no". The RGB option doesn't hold well in outdoor conditions therefore we don't advise to choose this option if you specifically need an outdoor neon sign.
Moreover, we technically can't produce an outdoor IP67 certified neon type with RGB.
What Are the Size Constraints for Creating Your Indoor Neon Signs?
- The neon tube measures 9 mm.
- The minimum height for a letter is 8 cm, and 10 cm for block letters (uppercase).
- For script or cursive fonts, the minimum letter height is about 7 to 8 cm.
- For signs larger than 150 to 200 cm, we can ship your neon sign in two parts to optimize shipping costs.
We work with a completely personalized and custom-made approach. Production of your neon sign begins only after receiving your final approval. Our goal is to create a piece that precisely matches your vision.
How Does the Delivery of Your Neon Sign Work?
We partner with the most recognized delivery companies in the market: DHL, FEDEX, and TNT. We request quotes from each of these companies to ensure the best delivery offer and guarantee you the fairest price. Production to delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days.
You can also choose the “Express” option for an additional fee of 106 $, allowing you to receive your neon sign by a specific deadline.
